Event platform for the South Carolina Lowcountry's 10U/12U All-American Game — invite intake, registration, and payment.
The Challenge
A brand-new Lowcountry showcase had to take 10U and 12U athletes from a handshake invitation to a paid, waivered, roster-ready registration — with parents who needed the venue, the date, and what's included to be obvious.
Our Approach
VZT built the event platform end to end: an athlete intake form that lets staff verify invitations before the official registration link goes out, a five-step wizard covering division, athlete, guardian and waiver, ID upload, and Stripe checkout for the entry fee — plus event, program, sponsor, and news pages that staff update as details firm up.
