Refund Policy

1. Overview
At VZT Tech Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.
2. Project Deposits
Project deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover initial planning, resource allocation, and project setup costs. However, if a project has not commenced and no work has been performed, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects structured with milestone payments:
- • Payment for completed and approved milestones is non-refundable
- • If a project is cancelled, payment is due for all completed work
- • Partial work completed within a milestone will be assessed and charged proportionally
4. Hourly/Retainer Services
For hourly or retainer-based services, refunds are not available for hours already worked. Unused retainer hours may be refundable within 30 days of the agreement end date, minus any administrative fees outlined in the service agreement.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure satisfaction. If deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications in the PRD, we will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. The revision period and number of revisions will be outlined in your project agreement.
6. Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project:
- • Provide written notice to our team
- • Payment is due for all work completed up to cancellation date
- • Any deliverables completed will be provided upon payment
- • Work in progress may be subject to completion fees
7. Cancellation by VZT Tech Consulting
In the rare event that we must cancel a project, you will receive a full refund for any unperformed work. Completed work will be delivered along with all associated files and documentation.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- 2. Include your project name/number and reason for refund request
- 3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
- 4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and may offer alternative solutions such as additional revisions, credit toward future services, or mediation.
